(《圣经》箴言 5:18-19) Let your fountain be blessed, and rejoice in the wife of your youth, a lovely deer, a graceful doe. Let her breasts fill you at all times with delight; be intoxicated always in her love. Proverbs 5:18-19

(一)在神的面前合一。Oneness before God;

(二)快乐。Pleasure;

Procreation.

The ultimate purpose of sex is a celebration of our oneness in the sight of God.

God created sex and called the union between man and woman "very good" (Genesis 1:31)

God created sex to be enjoyable, pleasurable, and passionate in marriage.

Song of Solomon... his love letter to her

王女啊!你的脚在鞋中何其美好;你的大腿圆润好象美玉,是巧匠的手做成的;

你的肚脐如圆杯,不缺调和的酒;你的腰如一堆麦子,周围有百合花;

你的两乳好象一对小鹿,就是母鹿双生的;

你的颈项如象牙台;你的眼目象希实本巴特拉并门旁的水池;你的鼻子仿佛朝大马色的黎巴嫩塔;

我说我要上这棕树,抓住枝子。愿你的两乳,好象葡萄累累下垂;你鼻子的气味香如苹果;

Song of Solomon... her love letter to him

God intended for us to explore our sexuality within marriage -- it's a gift.

We're not to put sexuality in a box; there's a liberty for creativity, initiative and pursuit.

The Song of Solomon is in the Bible to inspire married couples as to what could be.

A goal of sexual intimacy is to see that your spouse has a wonderful, safe, lovely, profound, and fulfilling experience, and to enjoy your relationship with each other around that experience.

Sex is not to be given only as a favor or seen as an entitlement.

We must learn to communicate our expectations for sex with our spouse.

Sometimes we have to save energy to reserve it for sexual fulfillment.

Song of Solomon... his love letter to her

How beautiful your sandaled feet, O prince's daughter! Your graceful legs are like jewels, the work of a craftsman's hands.

Your navel is a rounded goblet that never lacks blended wine. Your waist is a mound of wheat encircled by lilies.

Your breasts are like two fawns, twins of a gazelle.

Your neck is like an ivory tower. Your eyes are the pools of Heshbon by the gate of Bath Rabbim. Your nose is like the tower of Lebanon looking toward Damascus.

Your head crowns you like Mount Carmel. Your hair is like royal tapestry; the king is held captive by its tresses.

How beautiful you are and how pleasing, O love, with your delights!

Your stature is like that of the palm, and your breasts like clusters of fruit.

I said, "I will climb the palm tree; I will take hold of its fruit." May your breasts be like the clusters of the vine, the fragrance of your breath like apples,

and your mouth like the best wine.

Song of Solomon... her love letter to him

I belong to my lover, and his desire is for me.

Come, my lover, let us go to the countryside, let us spend the night in the villages.

Let us go early to the vineyards to see if the vines have budded, if their blossoms have opened, and if the pomegranates are in bloom- there I will give you my love.

The mandrakes send out their fragrance, and at our door is every delicacy, both new and old, that I have stored up for you, my lover.
